About Us

As a small organization, Our Solutions specializes in the art of building rapport. For some, substance abuse treatment is a business. For us, it’s a passion that we take personally—for each and every person suffering from the disease of addiction. At Our Solutions, we believe that nothing is more important than the relationship between staff and clients. From our dedicated case management services team to our highly trained clinical treatment specialists, all the way to our approachable CEO, Our Solutions will be there for you every step of the way.

Our treatment programs for alcohol and drug addicts offer a balance of old and new. Based on the time-honored tradition of 12-step and other group fellowships, Our Solutions’ programs strive to enable our clients’ recovery from addiction with the most current advancements in technology and psychological research. Importantly, we believe trauma lies at the heart of most addictions and body image disorders, and we utilize a trauma-informed paradigm to help people heal old wounds that have gone unrecognized.

As substance abuse recovery has expanded into an international industry, Our Solutions continues to strive for the loving and supportive environment that can only be provided by a small group of caring professionals. We’ve worked hard for decades to become who we are individually. Allow us the opportunity to use our collective personal experiences to help you reach your highest potential—physically, mentally, and spiritually.

How It Works

At Our Solutions, our primary responsibility—besides offering unmatched support for recovery from addiction—is to treat every client with dignity and respect. Creating a safe environment to develop a sound therapeutic rapport requires an agency-wide approach. Everyone involved in the treatment experience shares the same underlying goal, which is to help the client heal.

Most clients enter treatment through our Day/Night program, which offers many of the tried-and-true benefits of a residential living environment. Clients receive 24/7 support, helping them to navigate the unstable emotional landscape that is typically a part of early recovery. Our well-rounded clinical schedule provides clients with an opportunity to work on any character defects from anger management and low self-worth to co-dependency and body image issues. Clients are supported in exploring the underlying issues that act as a catalyst for substance use disorders such as racing thoughts, anxiety, depression, trauma, and distorted thinking.

Supporting a healthy body is also imperative when making behavior and emotional changes. Without healthy diet and exercise, the brain remains inefficient at rewarding positive new behaviors. We educate clients with a nutritional program that explains the values of healthy eating and gives the client options that meet individual dietary needs and tastes. An exercise program helps clients make the physical progress that has been neglected while in active addiction.

We know that addiction affects the entire family, and we encourage the integration of family therapy. Clinical data supports that family therapy is the most productive type of therapy at creating change because it alters the larger system within which the client is a part. Family feedback and education help the client begin to create accountability and rebuild family relationships.
